Penny is a lifelong artist whose work is in numerous private collections from California and Maine to New York and Florida. She is a member of Plein Air Tallahassee, Tallahassee Watercolor Society, COCA and a Board Member of Franklin Cultural Arts Council. She sells many plein air paintings and only original work (no prints).
Penny was born in California, went to high school on Long Island, received a BS in Biology from Arizona State University in 1976 and a Masters in Herbology from the School of Natural Healing in 2002. She has two grown sons, Eric and Brian. Currently she lives in Carrabelle, Florida next to a river and the Gulf of Mexico.
